Welcome and thank you for choosing Blue Flame Credit Union for your financial needs. To make it more convenient for our members, you may update your account information online.
Add, Remove or Change Accountholder Information
Blue Flame Credit Union members may use this form to update personal, joint owner and beneficiary information on an existing account. To update your account information online, you must acknowledge the Account Agreement & Disclosures at the bottom of the page. Should you wish to add additional services, please complete our Add Accounts & Services Form.
U.S.A. Patriot Act
In order to comply with the U.S.A. Patriot Act, Blue Flame Credit Union is required to verify the identity of the members applying for and opening new accounts/services or adding signatories to existing accounts/services with Blue Flame Credit Union. Information that we are required to obtain includes:
- Mailing Address
- Street Address (if different)
- Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
- Date of Birth
- Copy of government issued photo ID (such as Driver’s License/State I.D, passport, Student ID, State issued ID, etc.)
Additional data or identification, as required under the U.S.A. Patriot Act, may also be gathered depending on the type of account applied for or opened.
Data on existing members will be gathered as they open or use additional services offered by Blue Flame Credit Union or add signatories to accounts.
The U.S.A. Patriot Act requires Blue Flame Credit Union to maintain records of the identification verification and update the information.
Confidentiality of this information will be maintained as required under the Privacy Act and all other applicable laws and regulations.
