Get easy access to your Blue Flame Credit Union accounts wherever you go using your mobile phone. Options available for smartphones and text messaging.

Register Your Mobile Device through Virtual Branch

First, make sure you have a mobile device that can send and receive text messages and/or has access to the internet. you also need an activated Virtual Branch account. If you have not set up your Virtual Branch access, do that first.

To register your device:

  1. Log into your Virtual Branch account.
  2. Click the "Self Service" tab.
  3. Select "Mobile Money" (under Additional Services).
  4. Follow the instructions to sign up for the Money Money services of your choice.

In simple terms, Mobile Money is FREE online banking for your smartphone or SMS-enabled phone. It's a way to securely and conveniently access your Blue Flame Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere.

iPhone and Android Apps - TouchBanking

Get a customized application for your device that provides an intuitive and rich user experience consisting of easy-to-navigate screens and menus. Receive all the benefits of mobile browser banking, enhanced by your device’s unique features.

Once you have registered your mobile phone through Virtual Branch, download the TouchBanking App. To download the App to your phone, open the App Store or GooglePlay and search for TouchBanking. After you download the TouchBanking application, you will need to enter this App code to activate it: GoMobile0320

Mobile Deposit (available with App)

Depositing checks into your account has never been easier. With the FREE Mobile Deposit service you can deposit checks directly into your BFCU account anytime, anywhere with your mobile phone.

Mobile Browser Banking

Get full and extended mobile banking capabilities on your web-enabled device, with the same banking capabilities as our mobile apps. Receive an optimal banking experience with a look and feel that is similar to PC-based online banking, in a site designed to fit neatly into your device's screen.

Text Banking

Send text commands (such as BAL) to your bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balance and transaction history information. Receive text message responses directly to your phone. (Note, Text Banking does not allow you to transfer money between accounts.)

Alert Banking

Include text message alerts with your mobile banking service(s) to monitor your mobile banking accounts. Choose how and when you want to be notified of changes to account balances and personal information. (At least one other mobile banking service is required.)

Mobile Money is safe and secure

Blue Flame Credit Union safeguards your personal information by utilizing multiple security measures, including authentication and encryption. Plus, if your phone is ever lost or stolen, you can deactivate it through your Virtual Branch account.

While Mobile Banking is free for Blue Flame Credit Union members, your wireless provider may charge for data usage. Consult your wireless provider.

CardValet App

Download the additional CardValet App to manage your debit & credit cards using your mobile phone. With CardValet you can easily monitor transactions on your account. If your card is ever lost or stolen you can turn your card off to block transactions.
