How will I receive my e-Statement?
During the first week of the month you will receive an email message notifying you that your statement is ready for viewing. You will simply log into Virtual Branch and access your account.
How do I elect to begin receiving my free paperless e-Statements?
- Log into Virtual Branch
- Click on “Online Statements”
- Select your account number and click “continue”
- Select the “My Settings” tab
- Click “Edit My Settings”
- Choose the “e-Statement” option
- Click Submit
Your next scheduled Blue Flame statement will be available online, for your viewing. You may view the statement, save it to your personal computer, or print for your files—the choice is yours. Please note that paper statements will no longer be mailed to you.
