One of the simplest ways we extend branch services to our members is through our 24-Hour Telephone Teller. Just like placing a call, you can use the automated member service system to manage your accounts and stay informed.
Call us at 1-888-258-3352
- At the greeting, Press “1” for the Telephone Teller.
- If you are already enrolled, Press “1” again and enter your account number.
- If you need to enroll, Press “2” and follow the instructions.
After Logging In…
- Press 1 for Account Information
- Press 2 for Transfers and Payments (Includes check withdrawals and advances)
- Press 3 for Account Balances and Tax Information
Working your way through the menu, you’ll be able to:
- Check balances
- Review account history
- Transfer funds
- Verify tax information
- Make loan payments
- Request checks and more
To end your session, simply hang up or enter “9.”
