A Phone Call Away

One of the simplest ways we extend branch services to our members is through our 24-Hour Telephone Teller. Just like placing a call, you can use the automated member service system to manage your accounts and stay informed.

Call us at 1-888-258-3352

  • At the greeting, Press “1” for the Telephone Teller.
  • If you are already enrolled, Press “1” again and enter your account number.
  • If you need to enroll, Press “2” and follow the instructions.

After Logging In…

  • Press 1 for Account Information
  • Press 2 for Transfers and Payments (Includes check withdrawals and advances)
  • Press 3 for Account Balances and Tax Information

Working your way through the menu, you’ll be able to:

  • Check balances
  • Review account history
  • Transfer funds
  • Verify tax information
  • Make loan payments
  • Request checks and more

To end your session, simply hang up or enter “9.”
